My name is Zach McGee and I have many years of experience prepping deposition witnesses both at a private firm and as in-house counsel at NBC Universal.

After graduating from Harvard and Harvard Law School, I clerked for then-Judge Michael Mukasey in the
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Judge Mukasey later became the Attorney Generalof the United States.

I began my career as a litigator at Davis, Polk & Wardwell on Wall Street. At Davis Polk, I represented Fortune 50 companies in merger & acquisition and securities litigation and prepared some of their most senior executives to testify in cases with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake.

Later, I moved to Davis Polk’s Menlo Park office and represented leading technology companies such as Oracle and Cisco Systems.
I learned firsthand how these pioneering companies have become so successful in the Internet Age.

I then became in-house counsel for NBC Universal in Los Angeles, one of the world’s largest media companies, where I represented and prepared the company’s top leaders in major litigation matters.

In the seven years I practiced at Davis Polk I never used a deposition-prep video. In fact, I would have been
